Things to Remember

1.      It is a complete Meal Replacement Programme. No other food
is allowed e.g. on some other diets fruit is considered ok as a
snack. It is not until the fourth day of your Re-feed that fruit can
be re-introduced (see Re-feed page).

2.      To reduce any discomfort - aim for 3-4 litres of water a day.

3.      If you feel hungry - You should not be hungry on the Diet. -
Increase your water intake!

4.      While your body goes into ketosis expect to feel tired and
lethargic. This is normal and temporary and will pass -
SO STICK WITH IT!

5.      After first week you can exercise as you see fit. Increase fluid
intake just before you exercise to the point where you need to
go!!

Helpful Tips

1.      Keep weight loss target real! Set yourself a goal.

2.      To give yourself the best chance for success keep diary free of
meals, special occasions etc ask you’re nearest and dearest
for support!

3.      Do not use other weighing scales! All scales can vary; stick to
one pair only - Ours! At least at first to see and achieve the best 
results.

4.      Use Listerine strips to combat bad breath.

5.      Take body measurements before starting Lipotrim and see
results.

6.      Take the servings at any time of day - - As long as you get the
3/2 servings a day. Have the first mid morning then as required.
